Refund Policy

Clip Studio – effective April 2026

No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a charge is processed, we do not issue refunds for any reason.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Duplicate Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a payment processor error, contact us within 30 days. Confirmed duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we believe to be fraudulent or in bad faith.

Exceptions Required by Law

Some jurisdictions grant statutory cooling-off or refund rights that we cannot override. If you believe your local consumer protection law entitles you to a refund, reach out to support with documentation and we will review your case.
